Acacia Boutique Hotel

I loved the area,the hotel was very clean, super friendly staff. Near the beach. Felt very comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room is advertised as ocean-view but was not. We were on the second floor. At one time it may have been ocean-view but now there are tall buildings blocking the view. We did talk to staff and they said Booking.com needs to change the advertising of the room. Staff did say the third floor rooms have an ocean-view. But keep in mind there is not an elevator.

The desk clerk, Brian met us with such a smile. It was a great happy landing.

Could use a little maintenance around the edges. But right on the beach and short walk to anything you need

Cleanliness and details overlooked. Stored luggage but had to wait for room.

The staff were very nice! Also it was very close to the beach and pier.

I’m asthmatic so I didn’t like walking 3 flights of stairs. But that’s my hang up. No elevators. However, if they had elevators it would take away from the Spanish style rustic decor. So actually this is a compliment instead of saying something bad about the hotel. If I wasn’t asthmatic, I would enjoy going up the stairs. So please don’t use this from renting a room at this hotel.
