Excellent location and perfect for a short stay. We stayed one night after our cruise. I was nervous based on reviews but I like unique, smaller places. And the price was good. They held our luggage until our room was ready (wasn’t ready until right at 4pm). Condado beach is right outside the hotel. We chose to walk about 5 minutes to Ocean Park Beach, which is safer for swimming. We found a shady spot and had a great day. The room (102) had everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed. Mini fridge got ice cold. Very nice ceiling fan that made sleeping so comfortable if you are used to a fan like we are! I’d definitely stay here again.

The aesthetics were absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beautiful beach was less than two minutes. The hotel restaurant was expensive, but very good! The hotel reminded me of a beautiful villa in Spain or Italy. Staff was great and very helpful.

Lack of amenities. No elevator. If you have mobility issues, either stay on the first floor or do not stay at all.

For me a cane toting senior the first floor location was great; the other times I stayed at Acacia I was on upper floors and w/ no elevator, well it was difficult to say the least.

Rooms are still not updated but I ignored that. Noisy de-humidifiers kept blaring but you get used to it; noises from elsewhere every now and then, well, you get used to that too
