"Comfortable Hotel at a Reasonable Price"

My stay here was basically a transition day as I had just arrived in France that morning. My stay was comfortable and convenient for my purposes. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and the bed was excellent.

"Stop over on way home"

Nice hotel, not many places to eat locally, bus stop just outside to get into the city centre (numbers 5 & 10) to the cantral train station where there are more eating options. Hugh breakdast option 😊

Comfortable in convenient location - frequent buses and trains to the City centre. Ride all day (24hrs) on buses and trams for €3.90. Terrific stay

"Nice for short stays"

Nice, uneventful stay. I had stayed the week before, so the staff largely knew me. Hotel is clean and simple, best suited for short stays for connecting trains or the start of a local tour. Many tours do seem to use the hotel, so guest turnover can be big. The hotel restaurant can host 50-60 tour guest for dinner, but this maxes out the kitchen staff. Better to be seated at a different time. Likewise, breakfast can see large groups.

"Kyriad St Pierre des Corps was a great choice"

KYRIAD DESERVES A TOP SCORE. This hotel is exactly what it's supposed to be. 100 m from the Gare St Pierre des Corps in Tours, it's perfect for quick access to fast trains to Paris, Bordeaux, etc. You can also hop a train to Amboise that takes 15 min. Done very well. Rooms are compact but well designed, clean, quiet, well appointed. Has hairdryer, heated towel rack, and even memory foam pillows as an option. Full scope of breakfast choices. 24 hrs check-in and noon check-out. Only one suggestion-- when a tub doubles as a shower, it should have a non-slip bottom.

"Excellent"

Very good hotel and staff. The local area is not very exciting. It is a good location for connection to trains, maybe start a local tour. Services are very limited on the weekends. Many tour groups seem to move through the hotel and this can create crowds at breakfast and at dinner.
