"Awful service. Would never recommend"

Awful service from the staff. When rung to say we would be 10 mins late our phone call was put on hold for ages and then disconnected... And when phoned back they wouldn't answer. Out of hours phone number didn't work.... Even staff at hotels.com couldn't contact anyone so had to go to a different hotel. Awful service so would not recommend. Wasn't the only one grumpy as others in reception couldn't get any help even though it was only 6pm on a Saturday evening!

"Great for TGV travels"

Hotel Kyriad was very convenient for our travels. It is just next to the TGV station St Pierre des Corps. Friendly staff and good breakfast. You must take a bus to get into town.

Saddened they would not offer client parking in their lot when multiple spades were empty! Otherwise the 2 night stay was fine. I would choose ONLY because of one's TGV times, otherwise Saint-Pierre-des-Corps has virtually nothing to offer. Their breakfast bar is perfect.

Room was comfortable and clean with all expected amenities including complimentary bottle of water. No room service but you can order from restaurant and collect tray yourself to take to room.

"Very nice hotel near St Pierre Des Corps station "

Looking for a hotel near the station for a stopover on business this hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. Delivered much more than expected with lovely room and friendly welcoming staff. Ideally placed to pick up a hire car in the morning.

Its convenient if you need to be close to station. Otherwise there is limited options around this place. Rooms are small but if you need early mooing or late evening trains to catch, its convenient.

Staff were helpful & courteous. Especially the gentleman—he was extremely helpful getting us to the city center and knew my family name and history!
