It was welcoming. The staff were professional they were able to check us in on arrival. It was a seamless process. Loved the room layout which made the room feel spacious and yet had great facilities and comfort. Loved the room decor. Loved the restaurant and the cafe. Fantastic coffee, great food and fabulous service. Was able to book a taxi easily.

The wifi for streamcasting. We couldn’t get it to work

Overall the hotel was very good with facilities etc But our Room No 320 was the most dysfunctional room I've ever stayed in How it ever got allowed or approved is beyond me - as it had a large pillar blocking movement from one side of the room to the other - refer to attached photos. We are 2 trim people 78kg and 65 kg - but had to contort to squeeze between the pillar and the bed - or the pillar and the cabinetry. Absolute joke
