The staff were amazing! We were given a freeze upgrade on our room and staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The QR code and WIFI did not work very well in the room and we were unable to connect the whole visit. Difficult to book the restaurant as well, same problems with the QR codes.

"Very clean, efficient and pleasant in a business like way, yet easily accessible by tram and train."

Being upgraded was a bonus, so the room was much larger than expected. Good bathroom and lovely roomy shower. There was a couch, very nice, but only one chair to sit at the table. A variety of teas was welcome.

The technology didn't provide radio stations amongst the television station choices. Hard when you enjoy music rather than visual programs. A blanket would have been welcome, as in most hotels/motels the provided doona is too hot by 3 am. A blanket is easier to adjust for temperature control. A doona is all or nothing!
