Once you got to the room, it was clean if not sterile, but getting to and from it was an adventure and not in a good way. Everything is automated, no staff, so they give you six pages of instructions and codes. Park in public area of garage, find outside door, enter code, go through another door, find elevator, enter code, walk down cement hallways, find room, enter code, get parking pass, go back to parking garage, move car, repeat above steps to make your way back to the room. They want you to bring the parking pass back to the room when you leave so do it all again. Long echoing cement hallways, doors slamming shut, locks clicking shut, it was pretty creepy for my wife and she commented that it felt like a prison. I just said never again.

We booked here because it was walkable (about 1 mi) from ATT Stadium for a Cowboys game. The apartment was nicely kept, had a full kitchen with some utensils & spices, had a big bathroom and had inside-gated parking. All positives, though you should be aware that this is basically college housing with a railroad 100 yards away. The trains really don't run at night, so the RR was no big deal. There was a loud tenant next door on Saturday night--like 2am to 6am loud. Not Kasa's fault, but be aware it can happen. Did not reoccur the rest of our stay.

Nice place to stay, close to AT&T Stadium

Everything was great. A lot of codes to remember and when to do the key chain. But good security after remembering it all. Vert close to AT&T stadium. The view was awesome. The host was super attentive and welcoming. And the apartment was super clean and what they said it would be. I would definitely stay again.

Getting in and out was simple and the communication and direction were precise .. helped so much with the stay. Will stay again for my next trip

Toilet wasn’t working when I got here. Had to submit an maintenance order to get it fixed. They got it fixed, but that was a small inconvenience. Everything else was good.

This is a great place. I’m super picky also! Super clean and close to a lot of cool bars. We stayed here when we went to go see a cowboys game.

Excellent place to stay. Facility was in good condition. My one complaint is that the main door and the garage doors did not lock properly so non-occupants could entire. However I felt safe in the area and the door to my apartment was secure. As a woman traveling alone this is important. One additional security would be an interior door lock similar to a hotel door.
