Turnkey apartment that was a great home away from home. Kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms had plenty of linens & toiletries and beds offered a great nights sleep. Easy to follow check-in process, safe overnight parking and close to stadium and restaurants. Will choose again!

Very easy process throughout the whole stay! From check in to check out we had support. Nice accommodations and parking. Good spot in Arlington made it very convenient. 2 bedroom for coworker and I.

Located downtown Arlington so it’s walking distance to a lot of food options. Room comes with a workout facility, pool, parking spot, washer and dryer!! Also has a full kitchen in the room if you prefer to make your own meals.

The place was extremely clean , the host very professional, detailed with assisting you throughout stay I definitely will be staying again .. very luxury apartment highly recommend this location of stay if your in area

On approach I questioned how safe and clean it would be. There was a lot of trash & personal belongings in all hallways. Once inside, though , everything was perfect. Instructions were very detailed and clear. One of the elevators seemed to be out of order which made getting in and out a little tricky.

The actual apartment unit I stayed in was very nice. No complaints. Clean and modern studio apartment. The building though was pretty weird, dark and intimidating. Check-in was clumsy. Too many codes and key-pads. I arrived 25 minutes earlier than scheduled time and had to wait outside in the 100 heat until the building door access code was eventually sent at the scheduled time. It requires constantly checking your email on your phone. Elevator was broken and had to walk up four flights with luggage. Elevators are incredible slow.

Was in for my son’s graduation and staying on the 5th floor. The 1st after being dropped off by my Uber with all my luggage I learned the elevator was out of service. So I walked all my luggage up 5 flights in 2 trips. It wouldn’t have been so bad but I just had knee surgery so it put me down for the remainder of my stay. I called Kasa but nothing was done while I was there. I checked out 2 days earlier than planned.

This was a great property! We enjoyed our short stay. Only thing was we heard the couple under us fighting till thru the night. Not the property owners fault.

This is a property very much in need of management, maintenance, and care. Upon arrival we were welcomed with broken elevators, broken security doors, busted, garbage bags with trash laying at the entrance, dirty hallways, dirty carpeting, stained carpeting, smelly carpeting, a tenant across the way that leaves their dog on their patio to defecate and poop all over for several days and not clean up. The management company told us that the elevators “just broke down“ when, in fact, two of the residents that live in the building told us that they have been broken for four months. I find it interesting when I first read the reviews of this place I didn’t see any mention of the broken elevators or cleanliness, it makes one think that hotels.com filter in the reviews. On the average value for the dollar per night stay this was a terrible mistake and I would rather have stayed in a motel six. I am not a fancy high-end traveler, but I typically stay at hotels that range between the $250-$300 per night average. If it were me, I would be charging about 100 bucks a night and expect a property like this. I’m very dissatisfied and I will not be back.

We found a roach in the fridge upon arrival and was not very pleased about that. Then there must have been a power outage that knocked out the WiFi which caused the thermostat to not work without it. I complained several times about how hot it was and at a late hr, the night before leaving, was offered a different room. It was too late at that point. They did give us a 50 percent refund so in the end we were pleased with that adjustment. It just would have be nice to have handled it way sooner. We would stay there again.
