Could have been cleaner. Doors to enter the property were always propped open.

This place looked like a really nice place and great location but once we checked in i realized that they charged my card a second time for $250 when the booking was only $134, then once inside of the unit the couch clearly had bodily fluids all over it and bath tub was filthy. We would never stay here again…

It was very roundabout to find a parking place and get into the apartment. I would have liked a more efficient way. Once we got in, everything was great. The apartment was safe, clean and comfortable.

Terrible service, poor management, they towed my vehicle from the parking lot that belongs to the hotel and I have to pay a lot of money to get it back. Pool area impossible to be there loud music and weed smoking , the loud music passing 1:00am, you can’t open your balcony, because of the strong odor of the marihuana.

Wasn’t like accepted

The property needs fresh paint and clean-up. True inside and out. The apartment was probably clean enough but worn carpet looked distinctly dirty.

Had trouble getting into buikding first time. Had ROACHES

We loved how clean the property was and how fast the team was able to answer any questions. Great location and loved how some of the places around were walking distance. Was really happy to see there was a sound machine in the bedrooms because I forgot mine :)

This is the second Kasa we have stayed at. Both were excellent and loved it compared to a hotel or any BNB. Nice room, fully furnished kitchen which was great since we stayed for a week. Besides cooking for ourselves there were a lot of great places to eat, a nice grocery store, coffee shop, and Rita's custard all within a block or so walking distance. The parking lot was convenient to our room and easy access all around. KASA was quick to respond to our needs and questions. I highly recommend you give it a try. You will want to go back. This stayed was in Arlington and last time Love Field. Tough to choose which we liked best. A good problem to have.

So we absolutely loved the sheets. They were so soft and lovely. The only thing I would want is an extra blanket in the room and extra coffee and creamer. There was no decaf at all so I had to go buy my own coffee which is not that big of a deal but it would’ve been nice for her to have already been there. Everything else was pretty good except for the next-door neighbors who sounded like they were going to come through one of the walls on Saturday night.
