Elias Beach Hotel

Nice hotel, good facilities, good food. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend the hotel. Could use improvements in following areas: 1. Attention to detail in rooms--replace burned out light bulbs, make sure sink drain works properly. 2. Cheap coat hangers without proper hooks are unworthy of a 4 star hotel. 3. Restaurant staff need better training--to watch for needs, to be circulating regularly,to be knowledgeable about the food. For example, I asked at breakfast for some gluten-free bread, which I know you have. Waiter obviously had no idea what I was talking about, and simply said I would have to ask the kitchen about it. On another occasion I asked whether the porridge was made with wheat or oats, and again, the kitchen staff seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. (I never did get an answer.) Overall, though, a good experience!

Off season 2 day business trip. Lovely room with comfortable robes, complimentary apples, water and tea and coffee in the room. Very tidy room and the room was quiet. The only issue was when other guests ran their shower this was quiet noisy through an air vent, other than that the room was lovely, sea view was nice and the furniture comfortable. As off season there was a lot of building work to adjacent properties which is not a reflection of the hotel but the noise affected the short time I had to sit on the balcony. The hotel is also on a busy road. Facilities were very good, good nice and high quality. I had a room service meal the first night and this was delivered within the time stated, was piping hot and delicious. Breakfast was a hot buffet and a large selection. Evening entertainment was a nice bonus and the live singer I heard was reasonable and well received. There is a gym and small indoor pool but I did not have time to try these out. The outdoor pool looked like it would be lovely in summer. Staff were always smiling and very friendly. Very large lounge area playing relaxing music throughout the day was so comfortable and well staffed that I decided to stay the afternoon rather than go for a walk. Quality snacks available throughout the day and I highly recommend the crispy chicken ciabatta which is served with chips and salad. Seems popular with saga out of season but also had a top class football team staying the week.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Elias beach hotel. My husband celebrated his birthday and he was surpriced with baloons, champaigne and fresh fruit. We received two connecting rooms and high floor that I asked for which was very convenient for our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the sea view was amazing. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, kind and efficient. The meals were rich and tasty. We definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Ammenities were excellent, location fantastic had generally a private beach, staff were first class always a smile and extremely helpful. well done Elias Resort Hotel.

It was an exellent stay. Excellent for families. Perfect indoor kids club.Nice hotel ,great staff. Also at the reception the receptionist upgraded us to a superior room which was great. We will definetly visit again.

Fabulous staff, great food for room service - fabulous views - great spacious room! On;y downside - not enough parking.

Fantastic for families of all ages. The food quality and taste is amazing. The children's entertainement was the best I've ever seen, these men/women work day and night to give the children and adults the best feeling when in holiday.

A really enjoyable week with family and friends. We all enjoyed our times by the pools and on the beach

We had a lovely time we were upgraded on arrival to a suite by the manager Evgenia Papadopoulou who proved to be very helpful the facilities were very good the hotel has recently been renovated to a very high standafd we also enjoyed the wide choice of food offered at the buffet evening meal our sincere thanks to all the staff especially Evgenia.

Nice hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and well situated for my needs - breakfast just OK nothing to write home about
