A lovely hotel where the staff will go the extra mile to make it special

Went for a wedding as a group - great place for this! Got given the wrong room in day 1, and moved the next morning

Stayed with 40 guests for sons wedding. Excellent service, very friendly, helpful staff

despite a festive season, I was able to obtain the best rate just 48 hours before checking in. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room in particular, along with staff offering services in a polite manner left a very good impression on me. when showing up for breakfast, the staff don't ask you about your room number; this might not be a good control procedure but I surely felt I am a welcome guest and not a visitor.

Overall our stay was great but it was disappointing that despite the very warm weather, the hotel wouldn't turn on the air conditioning.

Fantastic service, food was amazing however I would've like to have seem more available for the children. I do believe the chef made chicken nuggets on request for children. The bedrooms were clean as was the pool area and it had a lovely short walk to a sandy beach. I watched a few weddings at the hotel and the setting was perfect. The hotel entertainment was ok but we were out of season and I had young children so I was quite happy with it. I really recommend this hotel and I would consider going back.

The Elias is a great hotel with huge pool complex and a lovely garden linking it right to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with wifi. But the best thing for me was the staff, who were so helpful and friendly. You really feel like they always have time for you. It's probably the best customer service that I've enjoyed in a hotel so far. I'd definitely recommend a stay!

Overall a good hotel. Great selection of foods and drinks in the all inclusive menu. Hotel very busy even though our trip was in November so it does seem to be a popular choice. Great location for beaches and a lovely pathway running for 10 km's along the sea front. We booked a junior suite for the 2 of us which was a very bad mistake. Extremely noisy and no sound proofing between the rooms. Hearing your neighbours snore all night and go to the toilet was not particularly pleasant.. on the 2nd night we asked to be moved as a family moved in to the adjoining room and the noise was horrendous. The head receptionist was very helpful in moving us from a suite to a superior room which was a lot more peaceful and no interconnecting doors.. be careful which room you get! If you don't like cats then not the place for lunch. Loads of stray cats around - always amazes me how a decent hotel can let that happen. Still got the scratches from trying to stop them taking my food...

Golden Wedding anniversary was the reason to have the hotel break. Free upgrade to a suite on arrival plus bottle champagne.

Friendly staff, lovely food and the pools are clean and perfect for the kids! will be rebooking very soon.
