The location to town and restaurants was perfect.

Nothing.

Clean. Great location, walk to everything. Well thought out rooms with auto start fireplace, wine glasses, fridge, coffee, hooks for coats, luggage racks, etc. Abundant parking. Friendly staff.

A bit pricey… but we always go on Christmas week. So kind of expected.

Beautiful old inn located perfectly in downtown North Conway. Only about 5 minutes from Mount Cranmore with wonderful staff and plenty of parking. Our group had 2 spacious rooms in the main building and a lovely cottage behind. We all enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of heat we would’ve liked it better if the fireplace could’ve been controlled separately.

We had the cottage in the back. There was two room one up,, we had the downstairs. The gas fireplace was wonderful. Ambiance of the room very cozy. Location was perfect

Clod hopper upstairs didn't take their boots off at the door. I know. Beds needed replacement. Had a bad light switch in bathroom

Location is amazing! Well cared for and beautiful. Our room was huge but cozy with the fire and seating area.

Our bed in room 14 was horrible. Worst 3 nights of sleep I’ve had in awhile. It sagged and I’m pretty sure there was a spring digging into my hip a couple of times.

The location was excellent - just off the main strip and within easy walking distance of most things in North Conway. The only member of staff that we met was the receptionist and she was very efficient. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a sofa and chairs plus a comfortable bed. Had it been cold there was a fire.

Nothing - everything was fine.

Tub was clogged and they didn’t offer a small discount or something for pulling the hair out so I could shower after a long day.
