our room was not available when we arrived. we were given a different room above the restaurant which was loud. The TV's did not work, the door was exposed to outside with no curtain. We did not spend the night and drove 2hrs home. we were given a credit for another night and an apology. I am very disappointed that our anniversary was spent driving 4hrs total.

The location, the place, the staff

Best place to stay in the North Conway area. You can easily walk right into town about a minute away, and many beautiful spots such as Echo Lake and Diana's bath are a 5 minute drive. Possibly the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in. Room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. I almost never write reviews, but this place deserves it.

This was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was huge!

We booked a queen room on ground floor but was given a room at the top of steep flight of stairs the bedding was not soft & comfortable
