Booneslick Lodge - Neosho

The people that are on this have the best staff and take care of their property really well. They have redone their rooms which are Simply Adorable and very comfortable. Plus they sell ice cream sandwiches at the counter :-)

There is nothing I didn't like because I stay there often when I'm working on purpose because it's really a great place.

Breakfast was listed but there was only coffee.

Bed bugs in the room No response from managers No response from owner When asked questions we got dismissed. Asked for name of owner or manager and they refused.

The easy access on and off of interstate

I had asked for a king bed and paid on the site and they only had queen rooms left. The fridge wasn’t plugged in and it smelled horrible. The phone wasn’t plugged it. Had a double queen bed room and it had to two towels. And a brown stain in bathroom wall that looked like poop. No screen on window. And no breakfast

I enjoyed my stay, but there is no breakfast, they should remove that perk from the reservations page.

Washer and dryer available to guests.

The rooms were nice n close to food places

How long it took to get booked in even though we had already booked n paid for it online.
