Booneslick Lodge - Neosho

Our room was clean and stocked with necessities. Staff nice and helpful.

I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my parents. Rooms had to be adjusted because even though I requested ground level for my parents they had us on the second floor and my parents can not comfortably climb stairs. Also it was listed to have a breakfast each morning, there was no breakfast only coffee.

No breakfast, bad coffee, beds and pillows where very uncomfortable.

I’m not sure if it’s the owner or the manager but the guy who checked us in made us really uncomfortable. He kept asking if it was just me and my daughter and why we needed 2 beds. Just very intrusive. Also there is no breakfast as advertised, and everything on the tv has to be paid for. There is nothing signed into on the tv so you can’t even watch basic news or anything

This hotel advertises continental breakfast but they don’t have one. Other than that everything else was good, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Very conveniently located for shopping. The rooms are very clean and very quiet, great for rest and relaxing. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
