The hotel was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pool needed a little ventilation. Chlorine smell was extra strong.

Well. Scheduled online and left note to manager. Walk in shower, non smoking and ground floor. Got to Boise early around 12pm to address some things after my fathers passing. Wanted to shower after flight before going to see family. Room was not ready with walk-in shower. Was told be ready by 130pm. Got back around 9pm. Got my room card, ON SECOND FLOOR. Door would not unlock. So after 30 plus times swiping it, it opened. Got in the room to shower no walk in shower. So I waiting for nothing. Called front desk and this was the room the lady set up for me. EVEN AFTER THE WALK IN SHOWER AND MANAGER NOTE WAS REVIEWED TOGETHER. I was tired and did not want to mess with it after hours of packing and organizing fathers tools belongings. The shower head has to be the worst invention ever for a normal shower. Slides up and down a bar mounted to wall it detaches from. Just sprays you directly in the face. Cannot get out of the water to soap up. Bed was comfortable and room smelled clean. Only positive. Get back after a day of loading and moving stuff. Stopped by front desk. Got 2 new cards. Front desk lady says I was only set up for 1 night. Well I paid for 3 when I came in earlier. Really? More of the same crap. Slide key up and down 30 times and door finally unlocks. Front desk said do it slower. Tried. Same crap. Went to car to get charger cord. Tried slow medium and fast like 50 times on second card it unlocks. Was advised to call front desk when I leave to move more of my fathers

The hotel staff was nice, breakfast was great. Beds comfy, room spacious we had 4 adults one child. It was quiet we were on first floor expected to hear noise above us we never did. We chose to not have maid service since we had so much in room. They were great with providing the new towels, toilet paper, ect. They had us put towels in a hamper and our garbage bag in it. Told us to set in hall when we had all in it. They picked it up right away. Rooms were clean except.

The floor in our room needs to be shampooed badly. As we discovered when granddaughter would take off socks and feet would be black in a couple minutes as well as our socks. Need to replace mattress on pull-out couch. I did bring a mattress pad to try and help in case needed it. Definitely needed. Helped a little. We had to replace keycards every day because they stopped working.

Our room was clean. The pool was well kept and clean. They allowed us to schedule a little bit later check out. We arrived a little late so parking was tight. One toilet did not flush. Over all great experience.

Nice room and friendly staff.

Parking was lacking. Everything was full beside the building. Had to park 140 yards away from the massinger entrance. Just has a lack of available space. Inside was nice & clean. Breakfast i would rate as a 4 or 5 out of 10. Still has a nice atmosphere.

It was a good stay, and staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Nice place to stay. Clean room and facilities. Nice and convenient area.
