"Great stay for an overnighter"

Everything was perfect. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was awesome, the breakfast was great with lots of variety.

The only thing missing for me was some hot chocolate.

"It sucked!!! The kids were there staring threw the pool window while checking in!!!"

Not being told the pool was not open!!! No signs at all anywhere stating a closure!!! Not being told when we checked in!!! Finding out 5 minutes after check in that it was closed!!! Not getting refunded so we could go to another hotel!!! TV not working!!!
