Comfort Suites Boise West Meridian

Everything was clean. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Even though the hotel is very near the freeway we did not hear any noise, but we did ask for a room on the back side.

There was really no problem at all. The hotel was in an are of hotels and was easy to find. Eveything was clean and not worn out.

Beds were okay.

No juices at breakfast, no muffins, no bagels, no doughnuts, only sausage and watered eggs. Breakfast was horrible in comparison to what it had been in the past. The pool was cold and only open until 10 pm, and the pool is at the end of the Hotel, so it can't disrupt people to be open until at least 1030 pm.

Good location

Dated furnishings. Carpets looked stained. Cleaning was good for how old everything felt. Mold in the very corners of the shower (caulking was turning black).

I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable for me and the breakfast was ok.

It was very clean. Staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was nice.

The only thing I could suggest is more up to date charging stations for phones/computers/tablets etc. This day and age we all travel with them and sometimes forget our chargers. It would be nice to have something to plug into or set on to charge. Also, there was quite a large gap under our door.
