Noise from adjacent rooms.

There was a terrible chemical smell in the room which we asked the staff to help us handle. They said that it wasn’t that bad and so couldn’t help us - even though it was so bad that the cleaner had left the balcony door open to try and air out the room before our stay. It was so bad that I couldn’t stay there and had to find somewhere else at short notice and extra expense.

The room had what I needed. good bed microwave, tea and coffee plates, knives and forks. share room soap, etc.

No problems at all

Good location to Brisbane airport, early flight next day. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Spa bath in bathroom but didn’t use it, looked tired.

Noisy, zero sound deadening walls here . Seems like the property has a bunch of long term residents. That’s fine but not a ideal hotel that night for rest
