Airport Heritage Motel

It was close to the airport and the lady at the front desk was nice.

The fire alarm went off late at night, the room smelled of cigarettes, and there was screaming in the room beside us and in the hallway which required the police to come and question people.

Location was convenient for our travels

Motel is tired and run down. The room was shabby and had a bad odour. There was a lot of noise from adjoining rooms and into the early hours. I booked thinking it was a 4 star, I guess the price should have given it away as it would be lucky to be 2 star.

Getting key after hours worked well

Shower rose FELL off!!!! Managed to just finish shower. Daughters room had a cat biscuit in the bathroom. Road noise was loud.

Great location and value for money

Didnt like that i wasent told it was link to home for homeless Stayed 4 nights had our room cleaned once but nothing was topped up Drugs through the whole motel you could smell it all down the hall way .Fights every night between partners ..Asking for money back for the 4th night ..

Location was great and the staff was friendly. Air conditioned rooms.

Some of the people staying in the property were a bit loud and there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke.
