Very noisy by other guests

Bed was comfortable, good location.

Very basic no facilities in room only microwave, no toaster only microwave crockery and cutlery was very limited, car parking was very limited even though we had booked 3 rooms couldn't always park at facility. Room was sprayed with air freshner when we first went in - wonder why???? Room service was being given towels and toilet paper no rubbish collection which is huge as we had ants on our wall and trying to keep them off the food we had. It was very much an emergency accomodation facility

Location was very convenient, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The room I was in had 2 lights not working, the bathroom tap wasn’t attached to the bench, the shower soap dish was hanging off the wall. The room was also very noisy.

It was a quick stay.Really liked that the hotel allowed us to leave our bags for a couple hours after we had checked out while we waited for our cruise departure.
