Airport Heritage Motel

Annette on reception was a very lovely and helpful person. She was cheerful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and they even had a cold beer/wine in the fridge to buy. Also we where able to store some luggage for a week while we where on a cruise.

The room was very dated and uncared for. The whole place was run down and needs a revamp.

The staff were very nice & obliging. Especially the couple who were the in the evening of 29th 30th July Who helped us with son laundry issues.

The parking is a problem. Unfortunately the location of the hotel near a busy road doesn’t help - the traffic noise was bothersome.

The bed had Curley hair between the bed sheets and urine stains on the bottom sheet ,had to call manger to get the bed remade with fresh linen , very disappointed at the whole place

No hair-dryer in the room. Plus I was boxed in while parking....so it took about 10 minutes to get out of the carpark.

servicing of the room poor. On both night items were not restocked. First night no bath mat and no hand towel. Second night no flannels and no soap. Couch provided could not be sat on! It colapses under you. Room walls are way too thin. On the 1st night we were kept awake until midnight by next rooms TV and talking. Every time someone came up the stairs there was a ruckus.

I would pay the extra and stay elsewhere even it it was only for the night. Unfortunately, this was my only choice for an early morning flight at the last minute.
