"Avoid a room upgrade at this property."

A cautionary note to anyone considering a room upgrade at this property. We paid a premium for a two-tier upgrade to a "Direct Sea View" room, only to be assigned a room facing a back wall. When we brought this clear discrepancy to management's attention, the customer service manager defensively insisted that this wall view was actually included in the "Sea View" category. It required an exhausting amount of negotiation and a firm refusal to back down before they finally relocated us. Shockingly, throughout the process, the staff acted as if they were doing us a massive favor by simply providing the exact room we had already purchased. Absolutely shameful behavior for a hotel of this caliber. While the issue was eventually resolved, having to fight for basic accuracy severely tarnished our vacation. Avoid

Wow what an amazing hotel, it really was 5 star luxury. The staff were amazing & couldn’t do enough for us, the rooms are spectacular & the pool area & pool restaurant were exceptional.
