Amarande (Adults Only)

A Hotel kifogástalan. Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, kifejezetten előnye, hogy kb 20 perc sétára található Ayia Napa kikötőjétől (ahol rengeteg étterem, bár, üzlet stb. található ezért zsúfolt és hangos), egyrészt mert egy egész napos pihenés után kifejezetten jól esik a séta, másrészt mert csöndes. A Szoborpark pár perc sétára van a Hoteltől, érdemes megnézni, mert nagyon szép! A beach (Glyki Nero) pár perc sétával elérhető, ami gyönyörű, jól felszerelt, mosdó és tusoló is megtalálható. Nekünk jobban tetszik mint Nissi Beach. A Hotel személyzete nagyon udvarias és segítőkész, mindent megtesznek azért, hogy az ott eltöltött idő a pihenésről, kikapcsolódásról szóljon. Robertának mindig nagyon örülünk a Front Desk-en, szuper, hogy ismét találkoztunk és köszönjük neki a sok információt, segítséget! :) Az ágy hatalmas és kényelmes, a törölközők (szoba és wellness) prémium minőségűek, ahogy a pipere termékek is. A kinti medence rész fantasztikus, a DJ-t szombaton nagyon élveztük! A reggeli nagyon választékos és finom, a kilátás fantasztikus. A hotel nagy hangsúlyt fektet a tisztaságra, ami számomra kiemelten fontos. Edzőterem is nagyon jó, átlaghoz képest sokkal jobban felszerelt. Ezúttal is mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Köszönjük az Amarande Hotel személyzetének, hogy a munkájukat ilyen magas színvonalon végzik.

Our vacation at Amarande was perfect! Impeccable service, truly a 5-star hotel! The staff is extremely polite, kind and very attentive to the needs of the guests. You are greeted with a warm smile and a fresh lemonade, Maria, Ioanna and absolutely everyone present make sure throughout your stay that you do not lack anything. The food was absolutely delicious and diverse, worthy of a top restaurant. We enjoyed refined dishes and theme nights with diverse specialties, live music and the spa area for maximum relaxation. Everything was superlative, we definitely recommend it to those who want relaxation, elegance, top services, premium food, diverse, fresh, delicious and last but not least wonderful people! ❤️Alina & Daniel ❤️

Just returned home from a fantastic 2 weeks holiday at the Amarande Hotel, and oh what a hotel. We upgraded the room to a full sea view room and it was well worth every penny, on arrival we were treated to a bottle of wine and a lovely plate of fruit. The mini bar was well stocked and water replenished daily. The king sized bed was super comfy along with the pillow menu and the bathroom amenities were great and plentiful. We were only booked in as Bed & Breakfast which was exceptional, especially the omelette and poached eggs, lattes were in abundance and the staff could not do enough for you. We did eat in the restaurant on a couple of occasions, and the food was excellent, especially the Cypriot night which was recommended to us by Liva. The location was perfect, quiet and only a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Aiya Napa itself with loads of different bars and restaurants. The pool area was brilliant, plenty of comfy sunbeds which were always available no matter what time of day. The call button for bar service was an added bonus as you didn't even have to get up to get your own drinks if you didn't want to. Bobby the barman made a fabulous Classic Pina Colada and nothing was too much for him. All the staff were amazing, (too many to mention) with special thanks to Maria front of house manager and Liva, who made our breakfasts that bit more special.

The cleanliness of the rooms and a very friendly staff and it being an adults only hotel. The pool has a nice size. Good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Sufficient parking available for the car.

The worst part is the acoustics and noise of the room, you hear everything from the corridors and your neighbours. The AC is too loud to keep on during night and the fridge will wake you up too. The curtains don't shut probably (they are electric) and you get the daylight. All lights function through a panel which also gives light in the room at night. The pool area: part of gives is on the road with passing traffic noise and smell. There is nobody to help you find a bed at the pool and early morning most beds are already reserved. The pictures you see of the infinity pool are for the "penthouse" rooms which are on not on the roof. Restaurant: buffet or a à la carte menu which is the same menu for lunch and dinner (boring) We didn't try the fine dining restaurant. The location is far from the shopping area and restaurants, beaches are limited in walking distance. Take a hairdryer with you if you are a woman as the one in the hotel the cord is too short to dry your hair and use the mirror at the same time. Overall disappointing for a 5 star hotel, there is better value for money in the area.
