Very social good dorms

The location of the hostel is very good! I also like that there are welcome drinks and events that are being organized. The reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Terrible stay! My friend stayed in a female dorm and I stayed in a private room. The female dorm bathroom was covered in puke and my friend had to clean up another persons vomit in the room. My own room was initially okay, but I was shocked when a random guest entered my room. It turns out that either his key worked for my room, or my room lock was broken. I was naked in my room when he walked in, When I asked help from the cleaning staff, they started screaming and insulting me. I felt quite hopeless. Even when I went to the reception, initially they did not believe me. They told me that they would send someone to check and repair my door. Once it finally happened, they offered me a "cocktail" as compensation. I was shocked. After discussing this horrible situation with the manager, he offered a 1 night compensation which would be refunded within 2 weeks. It is already many months later now and I haven't received any compensation from the hostel. They refer me to booking.com, and booking.com told me that they never received a reply from Hostel management. And in the meanwhile I am still waiting. It is just unbelievable and unacceptable that a random hostel guest can enter my private room (which was locked) with all my personal belongings (camera, laptop) inside, and that I am treated like this. And another remark: I booked an excursion with the hostel and it turns out that it was much more expensive than other options (Getyourguide, tripadvisor). I even read some negative news about this hostel online in the news.

Friendly Staff Clean rooms and bathrooms Good Location

Loved the rooms, there are quiet people here. Was astonishing.

Some people talk louder, leave the lights on, but i won't say anything. Just for the staff, they should REMIND people to close their doors quietly at all times, and keep their voices lower. A very good way to guide people,

Hostel has everything you need. The hostel does all the tours you would want in Phnom Penh and you can book all your transport through them. We did the s-21 and killing fields tour with Sola and she was amazing! So friendly and informative, we had such a great experience with her :)
