Had a water leak in the room the minute we arrived. After complaining we were told to ‘put a towel down’ under the air con that was still leaking. We are still waiting for a refund despite numerous follow up emails

Comfortable Privacy bunks.

Privacy curtain section was missing, the co-working area was restricted and unable to use it until after 6pm. Mosquitos.

Rien. Même l’emplacement est nazzzzzze 👎 Parfait si tu t’endors partout, peu importe les conditions. Perso, je suis un peu fragile de ce point de vue.

Malheureusement me concernant le personnel a été très désagréable. Me gratifiant de leurs regards les plus méprisants. Pas prêts à aider pour un sou. Le genre de chose qui ne m’est arrivé que rarement en quatre mois de voyage à travers plusieurs pays. La chambre était horrible. Le lit faisait un bruit d’enfer en plus d’être très inconfortable. Dur d’ailleurs d’être à l’étage car accès peu pratique. Officiellement une de mes pires nuits.

Very friendly staff and great environment to meet new people!

I wish the blackout curtains on the bed did more block light coming from other bunks.

The property was in a good location and the bathroom was clean

There was some random dude sleeping in my bunk the first night when i arrived which was frustrating. also the music in the common area was super loud but there wasn’t much of a vibe or organized activities. the beds were hard.

Great bar and food. Comfy beds with good AC

Location wasn’t great in relation to the rest of the city
