Frühstück und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Bett und Kissen waren bequem und die Sauberkeit ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde bzgl. der Sky Bar war professionell und zuvorkommend.

Der Service in der Sky Bar war insgesamt schleppend. Als Hotelgast musste man sich abends für den Besuch der Bar anstellen und es wurden Hotelgäste nicht bevorzugt, sondern eher die Gäste der Bar, die dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter bekannt waren.
