Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die U-Bahn war ganz in der Nähe. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Wir waren zum Konzert in der Merkur Arena. Die U-Bahn Verbindung ist gut. Frühstück war super! Alles was das Herz begehrt.

Dass dieses Hotel als Vier-Sterne-Haus geführt wird, hat mich doch sehr verwundert. Besonders ärgerlich waren die technischen Probleme: Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht mit der Schlüsselkarte öffnen. Jedes Mal musste ich warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam und die Tür für mich aufschloss. Wollte ich nur kurz Gepäck aus dem Auto holen oder kam ich vom Restaurant zurück, hieß es erneut: rund zehn Minuten warten, bis ich wieder in mein Zimmer konnte. Einen Großteil meines Aufenthalts habe ich damit verbracht, auf das Aufschließen meiner Tür zu warten. Eine kleine Geste der Entschuldigung wäre da durchaus angebracht gewesen – darauf habe ich allerdings vergeblich gewartet. Auch am Empfang war nur ein einziger Mitarbeiter im Einsatz, weshalb sich Check-in und Check-out entsprechend in die Länge zogen. Das Ambiente des Hotels wirkte zudem wenig einladend. Für knapp 200 € pro Nacht ist das Gebotene eindeutig überteuert. Künftig werde ich dieses Hotel meiden.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Unsere Hündin wurde herzlich empfangen, es gab einen Wassernapf und ein eigenes Schild für die Tür, dass ein Hund im Zimmer ist.

Die Situation im Frühstücksraum war nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Obwohl es ein reichhaltiges Angebot gab, wirkt der Frühstücksraum beim mit Sicherheit herausfordernden "Samstags- und Sonntags- Andrang" zu klein und überfüllt.

The restaurant was closed for a private event on one of the evenings but this wasn't communicated until I went to the restaurant to eat. There should be a sign or a notice advising the guests.

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da hatten wir uns mehr erwartet. Schlussendlich war es jedoch ausreichend, super war der Balkon zum frische Luft schnappen. Das Frühstück war okay! Ein echtes Highlight ist die Skybar, tolles Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal!

Leider mussten wir lange warten bis unser Zimmer fertig war!
