Modern 2BDR apartment-CATHEDRAL VIEW-BEST LOCATION

We stayed for a week at this property. The location was absolutely brilliant, very central. Be mindful if you stay for over five days you may need to top up some essentials like toilet roll and hand wash!

It was in a great location

There is no air conditioning and no fly screens on the windows so in summer not a comfortable stay. Opening windows at night means you have loud noise from outside and mosquitoes coming in.

The apartment itself is good.

The customer service after a problem arose and subsequently a lack of apology. We got locked out of the apartment as the key set was missing a key to a third door that had been closed by a neighbour. I texted customer service and got a quick response but no solution, I ended up banging the door, waking up the neighbour who opened it for us. After this, no apology or anything. They ended up sending the generic text about my stay after I left, I said roughly what I said here just to receive no response, sent a reminder, still no response so here I am writing it publicly. Also, the service isn’t personable, before my arrival I asked a simple question about where to eat in Sarajevo, all I got was a Tripadvisor link that had nothing to do with what I specifically asked. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this time I feel it’s necessary.

Location was amazing, summers in Sarajevo are hot so having location where we needed to be in under 2 minutes walk is really superb. It has dedicated parking spot under the roof (steel I recon but roof is roof, all is better than nothing when sun is scorching and it's 40°C . It's some 5-7 minutes walk away but that's nothing. You can always look for some parking closer but this is really close to old center, good luck with that. Apartment is clean and facilities are as listed. Didn't stay long so we didn't use most of them but from those that we did, they worked great. Nothing to complain. Slept really well as well, good bed, good pillows. WiFi worked great, it ends up being extra important when you are in a country where roaming is 0.4€ for 100kB.

Close to city center

Whole process of booking was a bit complicated - had to pay city pax separately and got a lot of info (long reads with even some videos) regarding access, entering the apartment (this wasn’t so much convenient for me). Parking is 7min walk from the apartment. There was a light that was turning on everytime someone is going through corridor or in front of the building (sensor) which made it hard to get to sleep quickly. It is close to cathedral but no cathedral view as the name of apartment is saying

Perfect location, great host. Great chose for stay in Center of Sarajevo!

Position and dimension, quite big to be honest.
