"飯店尚可 但人員服務需加強"

服務人員的服務品質不太積極， check-in 等候的時間太久 不明確的等待指示…. 對小孩家庭沒那麼友善 帶孩子去室內泳池 必須男女分開 但小男孩七歲 一個人 很多不懂 最後沒換衣服出來等媽媽 也沒給浴巾包裹…. 似乎 服務人員的英文不那麼友善 也沒有稍微說明當天的活動 有預先comment 要安全床圍 但沒處理 現場又告知一下 但安裝速度很快 但協助行李的人員很好👍 因為跟家人不同房型 被拆的很遠 也不能幫忙換近一點。還要加錢換多人房 沒有其方式解決。 餐廳早餐多樣化 但有小孩亂摸食材無人看管 價格頗高。沒特別好吃

the room is big, just right for our family. the hotel is quite big, getting from one place to the other takes time.

a little far from the city, but the amenities in the hotel is enough to keep you busy
