Staff we great

Very noisy - had to move rooms because the plumbing and aircon noise was so loud. Noise from pool also loud. Hot water didn’t work for many days of the stay.

this property made up of 49 rooms is nothing more than a glorified motel near the UT area. We only stayed here because of a wedding we attended that took place here. In hindsight, we would have been much better off staying at one of the several Marriott related properties in the area. While the room itself was nice the customer service is completely lacking in this hotel . From all of the front desk, people who are dressed in Street clothes with little or no hospitality or customer service experience/skill all the way up to the front office manager. no one really is out to make your experience stand out. It’s almost like their attitude is they’re doing you a favor by you staying there. Many others in our group felt the same way. Also, upon arrival, I noticed not just with us, but with many other people, there was no one to greet us and help us with our luggage. Really and truly a low average property.

Hotel was nice and clean but there was a mixup with the rooms and another couple was given access to our room and took some of our belongings. Hotel Ella was supposed to refund us for the missing items but have yet to receive anything.

We love this hotel. Super comfortable room and wonderful restaurant, bar and poolside. Excellent location. More comfortable and spacious than other West Campus hotels.
