Spark by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District

Excellent location. Hotel is very clean and parking is a big benefit.

The dead bolt did not work on our room. The toilet handle (plastic) was cracked and could easily cut someone when using.

Staff is unfriendly, bathroom didn’t have any hand soap at all, just a pump on the wall with body lotion, hair from other guests even glued on the ceiling, property looks outdated and rooms/elevator/hallways need a refresher

The hotel is very nice however the check in was a problem because I booked and prepaid thru a third party. I was advised I would have to contact 3rd party for proof of payment but after a few more minutes she did her magic to get reservation handled. Thongs were good till we returned Sat evening and were locked out of our room. It was late and we were tired and the gentleman was less than friendly and did not offer any apologizes for the incontinence. I was not pleased. The breakfast was less than expected. The milk was hot along with the orange juice. The fruit was not ripe. Not pleasant experience unfortunately.
