The Inn at Virginia Mason

Trying to get grab and go breakfast only to be told there wasn't any after waiting 20 minutes in coffee line. Loud music with nigh club atmosphere at 6:30am. So out of place - expected a quieter, more peaceful ambiance.

We had a great stay! The room was quiet and my husband and I both slept like babies! The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and very accommodating! We will surely be back!

Very close to VM Hospital. Great food. Wonderful staff.

The toilet was not ADA height but few hotels, etc have them.

The front desk personnel were helpful and if you have family in Virginia Mason Hospital, this is very handy. It is old and not fancy so if you are looking for that, this is not the place. But if you want to be able to go right from the hotel to the hospital, this works. You don’t have to go outside. The room is spacious enough, bathroom is small but all are adequate. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker makes it especially handy. The restaurant in the hotel is good for espresso and sandwiches or dinner. They provide takeout as well. Overall, a good experience. It does need updating which is why I only gave it a 4 leaning to a 3.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. We took pictures of them . You house cleaner went through my luggage and my makeup bag and stole my diamonds earrings., and my diamond necklace.

We,called your manager and told him. We,want my jewelry back. Housekeeping took my jewelry!!! 🤬then we got a call from your manager so they found my jewelry It was in lost & found. !!this is Terrible!! They went through my luggage. Which was zipped up!
