Amazing staff. Excellent customer service. Many food choices with the included buffet.

There was construction going on next door and it was so noisy, couldn’t sleep properly. Called service desk three time to get it stopped.

Staff & service was excellent, stayed as couple on breakfast & dinner basics and had the best stay, one of many & many more to come.

Great location. Only a short auto ride to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and never disappoints .The service and food here is excellent.The staff is polite and everyone here is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best hotels in Jalandhar.

We need to call 3 times to get food menu in room. The hotel does not provide even a single water bottle for free

Everything was good but they weren’t able to get us in on either day in the restaurant even though we had asked multiple times and had gotten the suite. They would tell us the restaurant was booked by 7pm but was walk in and they closed at 11pm just doesn’t make sense that your restaurant would be booked 4 hours before closing and you don’t take reservations. On this alone I probably wouldn’t go back because the service obviously wasn’t there for them to make the effort to get us in on request.
