I booked this hotel expecting a solid 4-star experience, but it honestly felt closer to a 2-star stay. The biggest issue was the room itself. It’s clearly overdue for an update—worn furniture, dated décor, and an overall tired feel that doesn’t match the rating they advertise. For the price and supposed standard, I expected something far more modern and well-maintained. What made things worse was a serious incident during my stay: an item of clothing went missing from my room. I’m certain I didn’t misplace it, and it disappeared after housekeeping had been in. That’s not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. When you stay at a hotel, basic trust and security are non-negotiable. Overall, between the outdated room and the theft issue, this was not the experience I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements—both in their facilities and their handling of guest security.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning ocean view that made the experience even more special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless, and it was very convenient that beach towels were provided by the hotel. The pillows were incredibly comfortable – so much so that our child even asked if we could take one home! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, with palm trees and the ocean just a 5-minute walk away, creating a perfect holiday atmosphere. Despite the great location, the hotel was peaceful at night, allowing for a quiet and restful sleep without any noise. The food selection was incredibly diverse and delicious. There was something for everyone – fresh shrimp, sweet strawberries, a variety of meats, and especially the papaya, which was absolutely mouthwatering. In addition, there was ice cream and a wide range of cakes, all very tasty. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the flexibility on our early check-out day, when we were kindly allowed into the restaurant earlier to enjoy breakfast. The location is perfect – one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Duque is just a short walking distance away. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
