We stayed here, the hotel was clean, had cleaners in every day which we loved, we were all inclusive for 7 nights, food was good, different theme every night, sangria was gawjus, we stepped off the plane and it was hot all week, no rain at all, on our last day it was 30 degrees, pool was warm, staff was helpful at all times, not far from the town (playas de Americas) beach in walking distance, didn’t have to pay for a safe as it was included, didn’t have a lot of entertain for the kids. Watch out when wanting a branded ice cream!

Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment! ​For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!

Accomar We arrived here on 19th may, they upgraded our room straight away without us evening asking we had two rooms next to each other, very big and clean rooms. Pool side was great, very clean a little entertainment around the pool, on of the entertainment reps (Accomar) sorry if spelt that wrong, he was so good with my kids and made there days here that little bit more special. Great experience here, close to everything and very accommodating would highly recommend it.

Stayed at the hotel for a week from the 15th of may, honestly can’t fault it, pool area is great kids pool is perfect for infants and the food is probably some of the best we have had in from any hotel we have stayed in in Tenerife, also our room cleaner was on point every day and one last thing we would like to say is a big thank you to the hotel management for the bottle of sparkling wine they sent to the room for my partners birthday! All in all we would return to hotel gala without a doubt on future trips to the island

Location and staff

One bed was a bit uncomfortable, resulting in a bad back after two days, so much my wife switched to the sofa bed

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Strandes von Troya. Der Sand ist hervorragend, obwohl das Wasser recht stark bewölkt ist, was uns aber sehr entgegenkam. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, die Kellner und das Barpersonal sind schnell und effizient und trotz des großen Andrangs sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war durchweg gut und lecker.Jeden Tag was anderes.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen sehr sauber, abe leide nicht die Zimmer. Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht die saubersten. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Reinigungskräfte die Putzlappen selten wechseln, da ich ihre Wagen und die Sauberkeit ihrer Putzlappen gesehen habe. Ich bin blond, mein Mann hat sehr kurze Haare. Als die Reinigungskraft zwei Tage später kam, hinterließ sie lange, schwarze Frauenhaare uberal im Badezimmer, die sie wahrscheinlich im vorherigen Zimmer aufgesammelt hatte. Natürlich musste ich das Bad selbst reinigen, bevor ich es benutzen konnte, und wir haben daher vermieden, dass sie das Zimmer noch einmal betreten. Da ich selbst in einem Hotel arbeite, weiß ich, wie wichtig Sauberkeit ist und wie sehr sich eine schlechte Bewertung auswirken kann. Ich wollte das unbedingt vermeiden, aber an der Rezeption hat uns niemand nach unserer Erfahrung gefragt.
