Subject: Mixed Experience – Excellent Catering, but Significant Service and Hygiene Shortfalls Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ I am writing this review following a recent stay at the Alexandre Hotel Gala. While the property has clear strengths in terms of its culinary offerings and common areas, several aspects of the service and maintenance fell short of the 4-star standard I expected. Dining & Restaurant Management The gastronomic experience was a game of two halves: * Dinner: The evening buffet was consistently impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes and high-quality ingredients. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. * Breakfast: Unfortunately, the morning service was chaotic. There was a chronic shortage of basic items such as teaspoons, glasses, and bowls for cereal or yogurt. Furthermore, the coffee quality was poor and did not meet international hotel standards. * Hygiene: I was disappointed to find uncleared tables from the previous night—complete with food remains—still present at breakfast. Additionally, the table mats were sticky and appeared to have not been properly cleaned, and we frequently encountered soiled cutlery and plates. Room Condition & Housekeeping The maintenance of our room was the most concerning part of our stay: * Cleanliness: Our floor was not cleaned once during a 7-day period. Additionally, we were provided with a broken trash can. * Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unreliable and extremely slow, making it difficult to handle even basic tasks. * Noise Levels: Guests should be aware that loud music and party noise from the neighboring hotel persist until midnight, which may impact light sleepers. Facilities & Staff * Pool & Spa: The lobby and pool areas are kept in pristine condition. However, the common issue of guests reserving sunbeds with towels early in the morning is not actively managed.

Family of 5 we arrived having 2 separate rooms we was soon upgraded to an Interconnecting room, the staff are so accommodating and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Plenty activities to keep the kids entertained. The food has different themes every night so you don’t feel like you are eating the same. Location is perfect right by the beach I honestly could not fault this hotel and we will definitely be back for another family holiday!

a really nice, clean hotel staff are really friendly and very helpful the food is nice and there’s a good selection the perfect location to do anything! very close to the strip and the beach. if you are on the front of the hotel you can sometimes hear loud music

La piscine chauffée ( environ 25 degrés mais agréable, on sent la différence avec la 2 Ème piscine non chauffée). Le jacuzzi, Le hall d’entrée et le grand couloir végétal… La situation géographique au cœur de l’animation, proche de la plage et des commerces, Siam Park accessible à pieds…

Le bruit! Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, de la musique très tard puis des bandes de jeunes toute la nuit , difficile de dormir 😟.

BUFFET DA MIGLIORARE. FRUTTA SEMPRE SCARSA O ASSENTE DEL TUTTO. LA PASTA ERA TERRIBILE, NON C'ERA IL PERSONALE A SCALDARLA E TIRARLA CON IL CONDIMENTO , MA VENIVA SERVITA FREDDA !!! MOLTI CIBI FINIVANO SUBITO E NON VENIVANO RIPORTATI PER CHI ARRIVAVA DOPO.

La playlist trop répétitive

Excellent customer service. Clean. Great breakfast. Ideal location - close to 'party' area but no noise polution. Close to beach. Nice sunbathing/pool area. We were on a late night flight and were offered to book a slot for a shower before airport transfer. Would recommend this place- great value for money.
