Los camareros del buffet y la recepcionista un amor de personas,trato excelente!! todo limpioo y cómodo !

La socorrista un poco confianzuda con mi pareja,mas que la socorrista parecia la camarera del bar de la piscina pero solo de mi pareja,fue lo unico que no me gustó,cada persona tiene alli su trabajo...

I stayed last week I’m from Scotland. The hotel is ok ..food is always cold and not a great choice . Breakfast poor someday there was some bacon and that’s it next day sausage never together ..people like things together. Other things are the staff are all miserable.. except 4 Isobela in reception is lovely and the cleaning team on 4 th floor aswell .. the director always said hola . Jeez please make the staff say hello in restaurant and pool bar is really bad ? Martin is also a credit to the hotel ., the entertainment is strange linda amazingly good she try’s her best but people don’t want to move I’ve worked in the travel industry for loads of years and worked in resort for tui So I think it could be so much better With some efforts from the staff which you pay a wage too

El personal en si bien , los de la piscina bien también , el Hotel pequeño pero cómodo. Buffet bien , poca variedad pero bien .

Tuvimos una habitación donde había un nido de tórtolas y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían , que no podían hacer nada , lo entiendo, cosa que no molesta , pero habían bichos por todas las camas, toallas de baño , mantas, sillones etc … un poco bastante molesto la verdad. No volveremos !

Bel accueil. Chambre spacieuse et propre, avec literie confortable. Repas variés. Personnel très accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Quelques odeurs nauséabondes dans un des couloirs (accès ascenseur).

Hôtel rénové, chambre très spacieuse., buffet de bonne qualité.

Le bruit côté rue, odeur d'égout au niveau de la salle de sport la rendant inutilisable.

Great hotel nice location brilliant staff only downside for me it was a bit hilly otherwise it was a great holiday
