A limpeza e a arrumação são impecáveis, e a área da piscina é muito bem cuidada, proporcionando ótimos momentos de lazer. As funcionárias responsáveis pela arrumação merecem destaque: sempre educadas, simpáticas e muito prestativas, o que torna a estadia um pouco mais agradável! Por elas.

O pequeno-almoço poderia oferecer mais variedade, especialmente considerando o valor cobrado na diária. O jantar, além de caro, apresenta poucas opções, o que não justifica o preço. Percebe-se uma excessiva economia em vários detalhes, até mesmo no sabão disponibilizado nos quartos. No geral, o custo é bastante elevado para um serviço que não passa de padrão 2 estrelas. Já me hospedei em hotéis de 3 estrelas que entregam uma experiência muito superior e com melhor relação qualidade-preço.

No es cierto la proximidad del mar. El gimnasio es una pequeña habitación Los servicios hay que pagarlos en el acto . La habitación era con vista a un alambrado y muro .las cortinas rotas eran traslúcidas. Las toallas pára piscina eran pedazos

We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely — beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and with a really welcoming atmosphere that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. Breakfast each morning was also fantastic, with lots of variety to choose from and something to suit everyone. The food at the pool was delicious and well priced, which we really enjoyed during the day. In the evenings, we loved winding down with the entertainment and some incredible strawberry daiquiris — honestly some of the best we’ve ever had! On my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by surprising us with a cake and a thoughtful Happy Birthday letter in our room, which was such a special touch. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Hygor at the bar for making our evenings even more enjoyable. We couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend this hotel — it really made for an unforgettable birthday celebration.

Excellent Accommodation 🤩- Would highly recommend! Family Friendly Resort. The kids club staff (Niami & Leo) were fantastic with my 7 year old son. They were fun, enthusiastic and kept him busy for hours! The cleanliness of the hotel was superb- we had room service every day. All areas of the hotel were kept clean & had a modern, classy feel to it. We opted for the Breakfast and so pleased that we did. There was a variety of foods and the dining area was fully maintained. There was always an array of friendly staff at every corner of the hotel with superb hospitality skills- from the reception staff/pool bar staff/dining staff. We also enjoyed the hotel BBQ with great food & local Portuguese Dancing. I even treated myself to a Reflexology Session- there are several treatments available for a moment or two of bliss! Special thanks to our friend Andre for his hospitality and daily chats about football. He should be commended for his customer service skills. What a charming young man. The facilities are great- air conditioning is a must, indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi and gym. The outside pool area is relaxing, clean and has a great holiday vibe to it. There are plenty of loungers and even an outdoor bed/swing chairs. I would definitely return to this hotel and would like to thank all staff behind and infront of the scenes for making our holiday such a pleasurable experience.
