The facilities smell like clean since the doors open, the room was impeccable, we were really comfortable during our stay.

Great place to stay for an overnight visit

Very disappointed in this hotel. Things were great until today. Check out time is noon. I have a do not disturb sign on my door. I have not checked out. 8:30 am housekeeping starts banging on my door. I say what she says sorry and walks away. 8:44 someone else bangs on the door and I ignore them this time and they go away. They may have tried to enter but it’s double locked. About 9am again, housekeeping banging with her little key fob on the door. This in time I’m pissed and say what is y’all’s problem this is the 3rd time y’all have knocked on my door. There is a do not disturb sign on the door. She walks away. I call down to the front desk and am asked am I sure they are knocking on my door. Yes I watched two of them they the peep hole. A short time later I hear giggling in the hall and look out and see a front desk agent walk by my door twice. Maybe checking to see if I actually have a do not disturb sign up. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t care one bit about guests being able to rest and relax, just about turning rooms. I like the hotel and had an overall decent stay but am leery of returning because I don’t want to deal with that nonsense again.

Great place to stay, very well organized and staff was super friendly. Also had Tesla chargers on site which was perfect for us.

Close to the aitpirt

The first couple of days were very nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the last night of my stay they had a wedding on the 17th floor, and the music was so loud and vibrating it made me nauseous. I even put on headphones and could still her the music. They also had it running to 1:30 in the morning. This hotel was the designated hotel for our tennis tournament which was booked several months in advance. I wish whoever was in charge of room assignments would have taken this into consideration knowing that those of us that used the tournament code would be up early to play tennis. I understand the hotel has lots of events, but a little planning or warning would have been much appreciated. My advice don't book the 16th floor.

Excelent service

We arrived at midnight and so I was very tired and the woman who was working the front desk was soo welcoming and kind that I knew choosing this hotel was a good choice. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We go to El Paso often and we will definitely be using this hotel again!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Each and every staff member with whom I interacted was extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable. The shuttle convenient and dependable in getting around the immediate area. Shout out to my shuttle driver, Jen, who got me to my destinations safely and had great suggestions about the local area.
