Our stay was a quick one night stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had multiple selections and was good. Only downside was the bed, it was hard and springy. The couch was much more comfortable.

The pool is and the rooms are decent.

When we checked in I had reserved 3 rooms and the lady even after i told her several times and showed her my confirmation number she wanted to charge 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms where mine and one was my friends room and she charged him twice making the amount over $500+ when it should have been $127 plus damage fee. Very bad experience and lost an hour dealing with them at the front desk. On top of that my kids had gone up to their room and they were sent to a room that wasn’t even clean yet and still full on dirty.

Clean and spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from.

Amazing staff the fact you have to pay for parking over night not a fan of. Not when you are paying 150 or more a night to stay

The beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom door wont close all the way. Its a sliding door that leaves a 2 inch gap opened. Paid 27 dollars to be allowed to park for two nights atthe hotel.

Hotel was very accommodating meetings all our needs for a 1-night stay before a flight. Rooms were comfortable and clean with only challenge being one elevator was out of service (only have two) so took time and were quite crowded when available given large families staying here. Great service and attitudes by front desk staff and entire team -- being a Diamond For Life did not have to pay for parking (Not a fan of Hilton doing this -- or how it is accomplished via an app). Hotel is close to a wide selection of places to eat -- and a Starbucks is less than 3-min from the hotel. Overall a solid stay.

The front desk kid had no people skills, didnt even make eye contact. Interpersonal skills are always needed in any industry. Family settings need to be priority when that is one of the main stays of travelers.
