Location and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. It was Clean as well. I liked the fact that we had an ironing board, a microwave and a refrigerator.

The facilities were very old and a bit run down. Electrical outlets were at inconvenient places.

We stayed one night in early August. Usually hotel rooms in the Delaware beach area are pretty beat up by August. I was amazed as clean and well kept this room was. Even the carpet looked new. The staff all were excellent too. Location was 1-1/2 blocks to the boardwalk (on the main road in Rehobeth Beach.

Nothing fancy... but a cleaner and better maintained building and rooms then some of the fanciest hotels, we have been in.

Loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach and right in the center of everything else. In most hotels it seems like the refrigerator doesn't get cold, I loved that this one did.

I wish room had a coffee maker in it. The room was clean but felt there was a slight odor in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that there was not a mattress encasement or a bed bug mattress cover. I feel better staying at places that use these.
