Location, close to shops and beach

Room was disgustingly dirty. Floor tiles were dirty. Found coins on bathroom floor. Room had a horrific order, We had to buy air freshener just to sleep there. Refrigerator outside door was nasty. Inside there was black hair in the freezer area and there were gobs of hair in the dresser drawers. I wiped off the refrigerator side handle and my wipe was black. The lamp side had specks of mold all over it. With the odor and mold I’m sure we will be sick. I already have a sore throat. There were huge stains on the chair cushions. And there was no door sweep under the door to the outside, you could see light underneath it and some rain came in. There was no room phone in the room to call front desk or for an emergency. We were there during hurricane Erin. This is my third trip to Rehoboth beach, my other two stays at other motels were great. I picked this motel for location and because the other places I stayed were booked. I can only post four pics, I have many more.

Could have been cleaner shower had hair and soap in and floor felt dirty

Location was the best part / staff was friendly but other then that nothing We did leave a Day early because of the room , I will say I Was refunded my one Night stay without any Issues , The staff were so Friendly and understanding.

Room was Disgusting/ not clean , walls soo thin , trash in room , Hair in bed , beds were soo Hard , Had to switch rooms , second one not much better , Room was dusty etc , Hotel is much out dated,, Renovation much needed and this place would be so Great , location is Best spot

Location is great. Very nice staff.

The place has seen better days. Toilet/shower room was substandard. Had to wear flip flops in shower.

I loved that this place was close to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants and beach. The pool was fun for our family.

Pretty expensive for two nights. And Not having streaming options for TV.
