"This location beats all others in Rehoboth. Just walk out your door and right on street with all shops and restaurants."

Location…location…location Friendly staff Comfortable room Good close parking

Somewhat dated. Beds not as firm as I like. Carpeting in hall torn in one spot, missing updated soap dispensers, coffee machine. Did have microwave and fridge.

Nice walk to the Beach from the hotel!

Bathrooms were a little tight, but that’s standard for most hotels now anyways.

The staff members are wonderful! The location is really two blocks from the beach. We enjoyed sitting outside of our room also.

There was no coffee maker in the room and there’s coffee in the lobby only until 10:30am. There wasn’t an electrical outlet between the beds which was problematic for me. Also, there were only two pool towels on Friday night and none on Saturday or Sunday.
