Excellent location, Friendly staff. The breakfast was way better than I expected (egg omelet, salad, pancakes, yogurt, good coffee, + more)

I wish the wifi was better. It was basically unusable and I had to use up my mobile data for a stable connection.

"Great staff and great location."

The reception staff were great. I wanted to single out Arther who was amazing. There was an issue with our booking and she too care if it right away and we got upgraded a room type also. We also forgot a pair of boots and she arranged to have them sent by courier back to us in Yokohama. The location to the lifts and restaurants is very convenient.

The noise from the bar in the basement can be annoying especially if you stay on the lower floors.

Walking distance to the slopes.

No lounge area for evening relaxation. Restaurant was a different company y serving hotpot and nothing else. Heating stopped working in the room and manager reluctant to assist!!

Ski in and out. Beds were comfy. Great communal kitchen!

Price a bit high during the school holiday season so not as good value for money. Breakfast was the same everyday for 5 days. No reception at the Unplan 2.
