My wife kept finding cockroaches everywhere even in the fridge And the towels wasn’t clean the staff gave us clean ones The two lamps were broken they didn’t work

Roach infestation, room wasn't cleaned, bathroom wasn't cleaned after someone else was there, crumbs of previous occupants on counters. Someone's bloody bandage on floor in bathroom, bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned at all, carpet wasn't vacuumed. Looked like it wasn't cleaned at all after previous occupants. Roaches everywhere. I wouldn't even take my clothes off. Bedding was dirty with holes, ashes all around bed. Nastiest place I have ever stayed.

Beds were comfortable, affordable.

Smelled smoke from cigarettes all over, breakfast was just cereal and toast. It is an old building, air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Nothing. The place was crawling with roaches and because we were late for event didn't have a chance to look around the room. Upon waking and packing back up next morning looked in corner under bed and old food was on floor. Heat/ac unit completely cover in vent with a gray dust matter. Corresponding with corporate.
