Super 8 by Wyndham Winchester VA

This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Water in bathroom shut off. Roaches all over inside room

Nothing......I would give it a 0 if I could. The faucet fixtures were rusty, very dirty behind the stands, a roach in the bathroom, etc. etc.

I booked my stay, and paid in advance. When I arrived to check in on the reserved date, they had booked my room out to someone else AND they refused to give even a partial refund.

Room was great and bed was surpising one of the best we have slept in, as far as comfort goes. Breakfast was ONLY thing below par here. Only juice of breads was normal white and only condiment was Grape jelly. No Bagels, muffins, etc. Milk, Apple and Orange Juice were only liquids.

There was no breakfast items. There was bread, cereal, nothing else. coffee was old tasting.

the bathroom was not to clean. No tissues. the fridge was not clean, alarm clock did not work, the other bed looked the pillow cases were not changed

The carpet and tiled area in the room was constantly wet. The outside wall was water stained from a leak. The toilet was filthy inside and out. The bathroom faucet kept on dripping. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub shower area. The A.C. filters were filthy.

It was dirty and has bugs

Room very clean as was bathroom. Linens very clean and fresh. Room smelled nice. Breakfast room clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcome any time I have stayed. If I find I need a fresh towel, washcloth, etc they provide quickly and are kind.
