Staff was very friendly

The room smelled like cat pee.

This is by far the most rundown hotel pretty much I ever experienced. The room full of dust and toilet it’s way dirty to look at. Seems they don't understand what’s the very basic level of a clean room supposed to be. Front desk will on phone forever even they see you right in front his face. Donot care. House keeping cleaning like acting not real. Please stay away as you found right next to this one it’s comfort inn and redroof. Try that as this one not worth to try.

This place was beyond disgusting. Manager was rude. Room smelled like someone had died recently bedding was all stained and bugs were under sheets. Reported to hotel. Staff they said No Refunds wife and I left immediately checked in a Quality Inn about 6 miles away very friendly and Clean. I Contacted Priceline which we had booked the Wyndham with no help from them at all either which is a whole other subject. Parking lot had abandoned vehicles two were occupied by homeless people. This place should be closed for the betterment of patrons that will get fleeced out of there hard earned cash. Look elsewhere don’t be fooled by the lower cost of rooms or if for free run run run… To make matters even worse the day after calling back the hotel to voice my concerns this manager who has refused to provide their name denied I had a reservation with them or that any abandoned cars without tags and homeless people we’re actually living in the parking lot of this grosstel two spaces from were the manager on duty that night told me to park my truck.
