Great location. Good price.

No A/C- which we weren’t aware of as other castle properties we’ve stayed at had A/C. So real hot.

We loved the location - right near the beach, an ocean view from the lanai and a walking path along the beach to enjoy.

The pool was advertised as heated and in the winter, this matters. It was not heated.

The grounds are beautiful. Our ocean view was as well.

Our condo, while comfortable enough, is outdated to the point of looking drab, worn, cluttered and not so clean. I discovered wet placemats on top of the refrigerator that must’ve been there for ages. They were nasty and moldy. I threw one away and laid out the rest to dry. The top of the refrigerator was moldy, wet and rusted. I cleaned it some with a wash rag then threw that away. All the dishware, pots and pans, glasses are such an old, hodgepodge collection that need replacing. This unit has such a nice view and location and I like the tropical decor but it’s in sore need of a facelift.

Great location, great rooms. Could walk to Lydgate Park and hop into the beach. Common laundry services were available as well. Views of the ocean from the room. Good Wi-Fi and free parking as well.

Our room #209 had carpeted floors which got a little sticky.
