FIRST ARRIVED SMELLED OF SMOKE IN LOBBY REAL BAD WENT TO GO TO MY ROOM KEY DIDNT WORK HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES AND GOT UPSTAIRS SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE SMOKING DOPE SOUND LIKE CONSTRUCTION ON THE 3rd floor HALF THE NIGHT VERY NOISEY NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN

I reserved the room for the night & when I get there to check in it was going to cost me extra because of a deposit& pet. It doesn't state that anywhere so needless to say I couldn't stay because I didn't have the extra money not to mention I'm homeless. I was very upset because I lost my money but the next day it was refunded back to me

They lied about every amenity. Air conditioner didn't work. refrigerator didn't work, no pillows, light didn't work. No breakfast, no water. Manager said "if you don't like it, take your things and leave".

"Excellent"

The only problem we had was the TV. It would not go back to regular programming. The staff came to the room and fixed it for us, but we only had one channel.
